SANITTOL is a traditional disinfectant with antiseptic properties based on substituted phenolic derivatives and terpines in vegetable oil base. The products finds extensive application as a universal disinfectant for personal hygiene, medical use, as a hospital disinfectant for surgical applications, laundry linen, ward disinfection operation theatre uses and general household disinfection.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For Medical Use:
For cuts, bites, abrasion, insect stings 5% solution or one tablespoonful about 15 ml. SANITTOL with 300 ml water. In emergency, undiluted SANITTOL can be used, but not on sensitive skin.
For Personal Hygiene:
- BATHING: Add 1-2 tablespoonful to the water and use for children and adults. Do not use for babies under 9 months old except on medical advice.
- FOR DANDRUFF: 21/2% solution or tablespoon (15 ml) to 600 ml of water and saturate the hair and scalp for 10 minutes. Wash thoroughly and shampoo the hair.
For Hospitals and Surgery Use:
Laundry, soiled linen, napkins, handkerchief, floors etc., use 21/2 % solution or 8 tablespoon (125 ml) to one gallon (5 Liters) of water during epidemics.
